Q4: How Much Does The Battery Weight And Is It Easily Removable?
Battery weight about 4.7kg and is easily removable. It can be charged either while it's on the bike (through the charging port on the frame) or by removing it and charging separately. It takes just 4-6 hours to fully charge.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at : service@burchda-ebike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Burchda is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

Après l’avoir tester sur plus de 200km, je trouve ce vélo vraiment au Top. Le design est solide et très jolie avec tous les accessoires livrés avec, le moteur est puissance aussi, le freinage hydraulique est nickel. L’amortisseur central ne convient pas trop à mon mode de conduite. Le vendeur est très réactif et très professionnel. Vous pouvez l’acheter les yeux fermés.
Au déballage, j’ai pu constater que le vélo était extrêmement bien emballé, très bien protégé! Et au premier coup de pédales, la surprise! Une puissance que l’on sent aussitôt et qui se décline en 5 paliers. J’avais peur au poids du vélo, mais il est tout à fait possible de pédaler sans utiliser l’assistance électrique. Bref je suis très contente de mon achat. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable et j’ai hâte que les beaux jours reviennent pour le sortir tous les jours!
