A: Delivery Time：EU in 7~10 days ship from Poland warehouse, UK in 25-35 days ship from China warehouse.
Orders typically process within 1-3 business day and delivery time is typically 7-10 days.
If your order is in stock and you don’t receive tracking number after 3 business days, please contact our after-sales service team for tracking information.
Q2: Can I Change My Order Afterwards?
Before your order is shipped, you can contact us via phone or email to request changes to your order. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the order details. Please carefully review your address information and the products you are purchasing before placing the order. Additionally, if you receive the product and wish to make an exchange, we are more than willing to assist you, provided that the packaging is intact. Please note that this may incur additional shipping charges.

Q4: How Much Does The Battery Weight And Is It Easily Removable?
Battery weight about 4.7kg and is easily removable. It can be charged either while it's on the bike (through the charging port on the frame) or by removing it and charging separately. It takes just 4-6 hours to fully charge.

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at : service@burchda-ebike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Burchda is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
