Q4: How Much Does The Battery Weight And Is It Easily Removable?
Battery weight about 4.7kg and is easily removable. It can be charged either while it's on the bike (through the charging port on the frame) or by removing it and charging separately. It takes just 4-6 hours to fully charge.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Burchda is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

Finally got a little time to try out my new Burchda R5 Pro and this bike is amazing! First of all I love the retro look of the bike, the headlamp, the lines, and the color... But I could tell from the moment I unpacked this baby from the box that it was solid and well constructed!
Riding the R5 Pro was smooth, responsive, and of so fun!
Being able to adjust the petal assist on the fly gave me complete control, and the ability to change my speed at will. It handles the trail and the road equally well, and maneuvers the curves with smooth ease.
I can't wait to hit the trails with this beauty!
Absolutely recommend this class 3 e-bike.
The Burchda r5pro is really a beast. The power and battery life are great. The fat tire design also makes me safer when riding outdoors. I often ride it to explore with friends. I really recommend it
Jeg bor i København og har 20 km hver vej til kontoret. Jeg elsker min nye R5 Pro som klarer turen frem og tilbage uden ekstra opladning hver dag. Og det er endda med 45 km/t.
Cyklen blev leveret direkte til døren af UPS på ca. 1 uge.
Prisen var lavere end alt andet jeg har kigget på på internettet i Danmark.
Jeg vil på det varmeste anbefale Burchda til andre som er på udkig efter en super lækker eBike.
